Tuna Tartare Stuff Grilled Avocado

Tuna tartare stuffed grilled avocado with lemoncello dressing and spicy mayonnaise:
Servings: 6

Dressing:

  • Lemoncello liquor 3 shots
  • Juice of 5 lemons
  • Zest of 2 lemons
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Place all ingredients into a blender and go to town:

  • 3 Ripe avocados grilled
  • 2 lbs raw sushi grade tuna cubed
  • 3 scallions chopped
  • Salt and pepper for seasoning
  • Spicy mayonnaise
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp of sriracha

Directions: Split and seed avocados, rub lightly with a small amount of oil. Season with salt and pepper and place on hot grill. After approximately 1 min turn 90 degrees for 1 min more. Remove from grill.

Mix mayonnaise and sriracha.

Place cubed tuna in small bowl with scallions, a small amount of lemoncello dressing, toss gently and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Split tuna mixture into six equal portions and stuff grilled avocados. Place stuffed avocados on a small bed of greens on plates (this prevents them from sliding all over the place) decorate with some of the lemoncello.
